Review:
We are military and have moved many times, so we understand the stress that occurs with this process. Well, this moving company is simply the best! They are professional, KIND, responsive, careful, efficient, and truly, hard workers!! We would hands down recommend this company for moving!!

Review:
The pre-move inspector “Shirley” told us our estimated weight was 13k , but then wrote down 14.4k and didn’t tell us. We only found out because we happen to see it on the packer’s inventory sheet. When we called the company “Amy” answered and was very unprofessional. I tried to explain the possible consequences we suffer when they tell us one weight but then write down another, but she didn’t empathize at all. She actually told me that when it’s all said and done I’ll probably only have to pay for 100lbs or so. Guess that’s easy to say when it’s not your money. Either way, very poor customer service and would not recommend. We also filed a report with the Navy PPO, hopefully they will use this company less for Military members.
The packer’s: 5/5 and did a great job. Probably the best packers we’ve had in 18 years of service and 6 PCS moves.
