BUYER Beware!!!. This company delivered our stuff. Art Deco lamps smashed! Broken glass tables, broken hinges off door. This company is a scam. Never use them

After several conversations talking with the shipper and confirming my address for pickup, date and time with days in advance and even that same morning, at the time of pick up they called me and said they couldn't make it 'all the way to my address in Brooklyn and they needed to cancel'. They gave me no alternatives or apologies. They hang up on me several times and didn't pick up the phone. They were terribly rude and unprofessional.

I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option!

UPDATE: They answered the review saying it was a mistake on the address even though they had the ZIPCODE. I can accept the confusion. I don't accept the rudeness, the cancellation on the eleventh hour, hanging the phone on me and being absolutely unapologetic and NOT HELPFUL. Just not the type of people that you want to hire.

This was simple and easy. It really only took one phone call and the rest was all done!
