First of all the office person KELLY is the best. There’s also a guy who fills in for her and he’s great too. Nothing is too much for Kelly. She explains things and she is just the best to help you and she knows her job. I know it is storage but Kelly is a true face of the company and she is the best. I have never had a problem and I e been there for years. I’ve even been behind and they worked out a very easy and acceptable payment plan so I got to keep my belongings. They have treated me extremely well and with Kelly by my side, I hate leaving there for my own large house like she’d I plan to buy later this year. They’ve been good to me.
