Quick and so helpful!

Well I thought it was a good experience until I realized that due to the fact I was moving in on the next to the last day of the month, I would not receive my first month free. I had talked to somebody on the phone that I would get the first month free and the second month half free. Unfortunately, I see that I got charged for one complete month because I leased it on the next to the last day of the month. I think that is very sad to see someone that would take advantage of me like that. The woman should have told me ...Brandy was her name, that I would only get two days free. Two days!! Obviously, if I had known that, I would have checked in on the beginning of the next month! is it possible to have this corrected so I could give you a five-star? Sincerely, Pam Swartz

Love this storage unit! Stephanie is so knowledgeable and helpful, she's the best!! Update 2yrs later: Moving out of climate control unit- 1)too dark, I have to use a flashlight to see into my tubs 2) TOO hot 3)frequent price increases
