They did a great job communicating, and they were timely and friendly and clearly knew what they were doing!

Leading up to move day, I shared concerns I had with placing weight on the lawn near a septic drain field. Ryan respectfully entertained a less appealing alternative to park in the driveway and cart the piano across the lawn but as we discussed more, we came up with a path for his delivery vehicle. The piano was well-wrapped and once inside, setup was achieved quickly.

We have used Clearwater piano moving and they are outstanding to work with. I will always be recommending them for piano moving services as they are so caring, professional, and reliable!

Ryan came over and worked on my piano after a many year hiatus of not being tuned. He did an excellent job and my piano sounds awesome! He even fixed some sticky keys and problem solved several other issues! Will definitely use Clearwater Paino again!
