Cli-Co Crown Storage

I have had the best experience with Clico crown these past two years. Josh in the office has been nothing short of kind and professional this entire time . I wouldn’t recommend a better storage company to work with .

We got a unit about a year ago to keep our extra items we couldn’t hold while traveling. Everything was fine until move out day. There was rat feces EVERYWHERE.
We got all of our items out and over 40% of our stuff was just ruined. Books were chewed up, dead mice in our boxes, sentimental items just covered in feces.
We called the unit employees and it took 2 days to get someone to answer the phone. Once they finally called us back we were told it was because food may have been brought in by another unit and unfortunately we took the loss because of it. Then they proceeded to say people don’t normally rent units for as long as we had (which a little less than a year doesn’t seem that long to me, considering when I got the unit I told them it would be around a year timeline and they didn’t seem put off when it came to renting it) and because we had been there so long they weren’t able to catch the problem sooner…..
So I guess my advice is don’t rent from this facility if you’re planning on being there longer than a couple of weeks…? Unless you want rodents and ruined items!
Also, they offered us $60 refund after we told them how messed up this whole thing was, and I actually laughed. That’s 1 month of rent. We’ve paid over $700 to have half of our belongings destroyed because their facilities are not sealed/secure. Find a different storage unit and save yourself the heartache we had

Good clean place to store items. Highly recommend!!

Love these guys! Have had units here for a loooong time and they have always gonna above and beyond to help! Would highly recommend!!!
