Facilities AC system leaked, causing water damage and mold to grow on items in multiple units for numerous renters. Encouraged to file fraudulent insurance claim and lie about source of damage to limit facilities liability. Although the office staff is pleasant, I would highly encourage anyone to choose another storage facility.

THE TWO YOUNG LADIES THAT WORK THE FRONT DESK ARE AMAZING. MY MOTHER WAS MOVING AND WAS TOLD BY UHAUL TO COME TO THIS LOCATION BY ACCIDENT AND WHEN WE GOT HERE, THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN MAKING SURE THAT WE GOT TO THE CORRECT LOCATION. THE MANAGER GOT INVOLVED AS WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME BUT SHE DIDN'T STOP UNTIL SHE GOT US TAKEN CARE OF. WE REALLY APPRECIATE HER KINDNESS AND IF YOU OR YOUR FAMILY NEED STORAGE ASSISTANCE REACH OUT TO THESE FOLKS AS THEY ARE AMAZING AND HELPFUL!

This place is very clean and kept up well. This storage place was not the closest to our home but it was by far the best choice and worth the little bit of an extra drive. Friendly and reasonable rates too. You will be very happy if you choose to use this as your storage place.
