Clock Tower Self Storage - Lake Stevens

So I love my storage unit n how the security it's strong n makes you feel n know your stuff is safe but I'm very upset due to renting a indoor n heated unit for you guys n pay extra to have that heat so my stuff doesn't get ruined but the last time I went to check on my stuff I realized some of my stuff is rusting cause it's not warm enough n the temp was way lower then its supposed to be n my stuff is getting damaged/rusty when I pay to have a heated inside unit for that reason so that didn't happen. I'm not happy at all about it it's not okay n something needs to happen And change about it cause if that's happening then I mine as well pay less for a out side unit if my stuff is going to get weathered ether way. Please do something about it asap
