Second time this place has screwed me over. Yes, it's very convenient but there is some major miscommunication between the appointment coordinator and the movers.
1st time: they cancelled on me for being 'too overloaded with work' and made me miss MY work and I had to stay home all day for nothing.
2nd time: attempt to re-deliver my items and came to 'PICK UP' when it was to get my stuff BACK! Again, I missed work for this and got screwed over again on my big move day!!

Altho, when I called they were very helpful but I rather have my items then have good customer service so. NO.
