I tried to schedule a small move w 7 weeks in advance .He was very curtious, patient, and friendly. But when I called back to make adjustments to the original estimate he was busy and told me he would call me back in 45 minutes.5 hrs past no call back. I texted him he apologized said he was busy and called me back. Then a few days later I responded to the estimate emailed to me and texted him telling him I sent him a email w changes to the estimated items I needed moved .he responded by saying he would check it out . Next day no reply to my email.. I texted him he said he revised it and sent it ( I never got it).He said he would check on it when he got back to the office. Even Though my move is over a month a way I still would appreciate professionalism by following through and making my business feel important. My move will take only 2 hrs. But I decided to not go w this company and find another one even if I have to pay more. I don't like when they don't follow through on what they say they will do. Shows lack of organization, and commitment and all around bad business practices..

It's been quite some time since we've moved, and I wasn't certain how to even choose a moving company. I am pleased to say that I chose the right one with Clutch Moving Co! They were on time, friendly, extremely careful and respectful of the space I was leaving and my new home. They worked well together like a well oiled machine and wasted zero moments in getting the items in place. I also liked working with them bc they were good at recommending solutions and it felt like they were vested in my move! LOL. Cannot say enough about what a pleasant experience our family had in a chore that's never fun and stressful.
