Clutter Moving & Storage - Philadelphia

Collin and Aleksey worked efficient together. They did a great job. I highly recommend this company to everyone. They were extremely friendly and understanding. Outstanding job!!!

I have been dealing with a nightmare scenario with Clutter for over a month where they told me my items are 'inaccessible.' I made it clear that I needed my items before leaving on extended international travel and they failed to resolve the issue. I spent the better part of the month emailing and calling Clutter, and the final resolution they have offered me for the issue is a $50 credit and a 'free item return' in January (item return was already free and my items weren't supposed to be with Clutter in January in the first place). I'm now out of country and forced to leave my items with Clutter where they will continue to rack up charges minus the laughable $50 credit. I have been incredibly unimpressed my their customer service. I'm hoping someone from Clutter can still reach out and fix this mess (and would love to update my review if that is the case).

DON'T use Clutter!! Rip off and a SCAM will not address their wrongs. Will loose your items and NOT reimburse you.

The movers themselves were great but both times I’ve called to speak with someone they were rude and/or unhelpful. You need to schedule an appointment to pick something up from storage, and if there’s none available, you’re out of luck.

UPDATE 9/24/24: Brianna, from the Trust and Safety team at Clutter, followed up with me (which wasn't easy since I work in a school). She took the time to review my claim (as the company noted below) and advocated for me to receive fair compensation for my experience. I appreciated her friendly, personable, and helpful support. I will now be able to replace the damaged items for my classroom.

INITIAL REVIEW:
I am a public school employee who doesn't have cabinets to store my supplies and used this company to move and store my items over the summer.

They broke apart two cabinets made of strong plastic by pulling it apart and leaving holes/cracks---making both unusable. They pulled out all the items in my cabinets and it looks like the items were thrown in boxes, leaving books and binders damaged and wildly disorganized.

All of this damage happened after they picked up my items.
