Review:
David and andrew were incredible to work with. They worked with me to prioritize the items I wanted most and packed everything very well. I know my pieces are in good hands with them.
UPDATE: Getting my items out of storage is extremely expensive and time consuming. You are required to pay for an appointment to pick up your items while costs for delivering to a new location are ambiguous. They are charging me $235 for a two hour window to pick up my items. I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service on the back end and I would not recommend them for long term storage. It's like buying cheap plane tickets but then you find out everything costs extra and it ends up being more expensive than regular storage.
