Clutter Moving & Storage - Seattle

Over charges, you can’t access the storage, you have to pay every time you want something from your storage because you cannot access it yourself. Customer service will hang up on you if you’re late and you try to schedule a pushed out apt. Most of the reps barely speak English. They are not about the customer I had a unit they were charging me 600 even I told them I wish to no longer use them they offered to drop it down to 260 300 with insurance. Worst company to deal with if you ask me. My unit is 10’20. When I had them pick up my house they said it was a law to work over 6 hrs so they had to come back and even tried to charge me for that. Then employee himself told me that he had worked the day before for a 12 hours. They just scam

Our move seemed all good and well, we bought them donuts and coffee and left a 20% tip. After they left, we unboxed our tv that they boxed up and it was dented and fully broken off its base. When we went to sit on our couch after they left (they had brought it in the house and set it so we could use it right away), the couch broke. They had taken the reinforcement middle leg off and didn’t tell us. We searched for said leg and found it in a random box. They didn’t inform us that they had dropped and broke our tv or took the reinforcement leg out of the couch. Very disappointing, very expensive - and even more expensive due to the damages.

Went online to find out information on this company booked it but was
Skeptical, they say they would store my things but won’t get the location or details on where my items are going until they come to get your items and then charge me $100 for cancellation.
don’t book with this company and you can’t speak to anyone about it.
