Do not use! Customer service did not return phone calls to answer my specific questions about the service until the next day, so I canceled my appointment. The website said it was $100 cancellation fee.

I requested a $100 refund for the cancellation fee since they hadn’t called me back in a timely manner. When I looked at my credit card bill, there was actually a $200 cancellation charge! Brianna at Clutter refused to discuss this further with me and refund the excess amount they charged. It’s going to be hard to make a business with one star reviews (read the others) and only making money off of cancellations .

Hidden fees beyond your wildest dreams! When the movers hit 80% of loading your stuff on they’ll tell you to upgrade because they won’t be able to take everything. When you need to retrieve an item from storage be prepared to have clutter charge you to pay their people per hour on your dime to dig through your unit because you’re not allowed to go to wherever it is they’re holding your stuff hostage. Want another company to move your stuff? That’s another per/hr charge. Want to be taken advantage of and be surprised by a host of hidden fees that aren’t advertised on their site? Then by all means, go with these crooks. You’re better off renting a self storage unit elsewhere that is less expensive where you can have access to your things whenever you need it.

Horrible movers. They couldn't move the couch so we had to hire another moving company to do so instead which cost us $400. They left everything in the living room and refused to take anything up stairs. took 8 hrs to move us due to wrapping everything including power strips. One mover was sick and disappeared for almost an hour. The company charged us over $1000 and said we were entitled a refund due to poor service but only refunded us $70. Will never use them again.

Stay away from this company, they will steal your items.
