Clutter Moving & Storage - Seattle

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would rate negative stars if I could. I booked my move 2 weeks in advance. I had an arrival window of 7-11, around 10 I hadn’t heard anything so I called and spoke to someone who called the managers and she confirmed with me that they would send a text and call when on their way. Then at 11:01 I get a text telling me that due to “staffing constraints” they are cancelling my appointment and offered a new appointment in week when I have to be out of my apartment tomorrow. I got MULTIPLE texts in the two week period reminding me of this appointment time, did yall need the reminder texts to be coming on your end instead? i have moved 13 times in my life and this is by far and wide the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Clutter is a third party delivery carrier used by Living Spaces to deliver orders. The delivery of my furniture has been rescheduled 4-5 times collectively within the past 2 weeks. Each time they reach out to reschedule the delivery, it’s because they’re booked for the day - this makes no sense. How are you booked for the day when you reach out to schedule the day in advance? Communication is almost non-existent with how difficult it is to get in touch with anybody. The main person who’s been rescheduling is Jessica (I believe her last name is Cardenas). She’s been very difficult to get a hold of and whenever I did get the chance to get a hold of her, she would say various things such as: I was off that day, we aren’t allowed to take our phones home, I’m just the scheduler, people quit or call in, I promise I’ll have your furniture delivered on said date, etc. Today, I received a call the day of my alleged delivery date for my furniture from a man this time to reschedule YET AGAIN. He said it was because they were booked and the earliest would be another 4 days out. At one point, I could hear him snickering and a woman in the background telling him what to say. We’ve gone without furniture for a month and a half now and I’m tired at this point. For anyone looking to do service with Clutter independently, I cannot recommend them. Very poor service, very unprofessional. Use at your own risk.

Joe/Marcus delivered a couch to my parent's home. They were incredible. Brought the couch in carefully without hitting the door/wall. Unpacked it and placed it where my mom wanted. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend them.
