Coast to Coast Moving and Storage

In all my 34yrs of military/civilian service this was by far the
worse experience I have gone through. It hard to believe a company like this exist and that the US Government has a contract with this company. It seems most of the workers I dealt with were very inexperienced. A lot of my items, to include the entire entertainment center, Wardrobe cabinets, and night stands were damaged with mold and mildew. The next day they had driven a U-haul with the remaining items on the back. However the items were not in a container. The crew had opened the container at their location without my approval. The U-haul contained a 3 seat couch, which was badly damaged with mold, my 47 inch TV, and a few other items.
THEY DO NOT DESERVE EVEN A 1 STAR. If the rating system allowed me, I would give them a -5 STAR

The movers that moved us into our new place (Coast to Coast Moving, Key West, FL) were ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Our window to receive our belongings was 8-10AM. When no one showed up and we called, it was 10AM-12PM. No one showed again. Then it was 3-5PM, then 6PM. They finally arrived at 8:30PM with our stuff literally thrown into the trailer. Not to mention, they showed up with no shirts on, smoking cigarettes. Our sectional cushions had originally been boxed. When they came to us, they were unboxed and thrown into the trailer. Our sectional was filthy and wet. When asked why our cushions were unboxed, the driver told us that another move needed boxes so THEY UNBOXED OUR THINGS TO USE THE BOXES FOR THAT MOVE!!!! They put a massive dent in our new wooden dining table along with many scratches and scuff marks. Dented our crock pot. Throwing out the F bomb every 2 seconds. Threw our stuff onto the floor. Then left in the middle of our move to move someone else in at the same time. Lost our bed frame. When they gave us a new one and put our headboard back together, it was so shaky and unstable and the bolts they used were too long and put HOLES IN OUR WALL. After they left, we reassembled it ourselves. They did not leave until 1230AM. They reassured us they would be back to pick up the boxes - never happened. We broke them down ourselves and took them out. Have never heard from them since. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE.

This place is very unorganized warehouse is a madd house the lady at the front desk is a piece of work this company do not appreciate early deliveries for truckers they will leave you sitting in their parking lot and leave for the day with out notice my driver had to sleep on the premises in his truck until they off loaded him the next morning. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
