Coast to Coast Moving and Storage

Good luck getting your stuff. They genuinely do not care that your entire life is on hold waiting for them. They keep saying that it’s the “busy season” and that’s why they haven’t even crated our stuff yet (it’s been over two weeks now), but perhaps that means they’re taking on much more work than what they can handle. We regret using this company and wish we would’ve just moved our stuff on our own. I’ve never dealt with such a rude, inefficient, and unprofessional company EVER.

This is absolutely the worst company ever. My husband has been in the navy 9 years and has never had this much trouble. They were late coming on a scheduled pack and load date and didn’t even finish the job. We are currently sitting outside waiting on the crew to come finish and load after we were promised it would get done yesterday!!! Do not use this company they are rude, lazy and the worst. We were supposed to leave key west on Tuesday. They don’t care about your time or your obligations. They are selfish and rude.

They packed us up for the Air Force. They were great with us. Nice guys & everything was packed so nicely that it all arrived with nothing broken. I would recommend them :)
