I recently relocated from South Carolina to North Carolina and utilized professional movers for the first time. I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided from start to finish. Despite feeling overwhelmed with the relocation process and starting a new job, which caused me to fall behind on packing, the movers demonstrated understanding and flexibility by accommodating a last-minute schedule change. The three-man team assigned to my move was courteous, polite, and worked diligently. I highly recommend their services. My only suggestion for improvement would be to reconsider the 3% charge for credit card transactions, as this fee caught me off guard.
