I called and spoke to Autumn. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to make sure everything was understood regarding all my questions. Because of this personal service, I was there the next morning and rented a unit. Most storage facilities have gone all online and you end up talking to someone in another state. I know I can always talk to an employee at Coastal Mini Storage !
