Cody Trent Building Sales

My sister, Jane, bought a utility shed from Cody Trent a couple of years ago. She got great value for money, they delivered it on time, and it had held up to the weather since day one. We are very satisfied with our purchase from Cody Trent Buildings.

My name is Josh McGraw. I reserved a truck Friday mid morning, 9:48AM. I received a VM from the location at 4:39PM stating they didn’t have the truck that was shown available. Which I get; inventory mistakes happen. The person calling stated they didn’t see it until 3 hours or so later. Why the delay in calling me then?Next one available was in Panama City and “you’re welcome to go pick it up there”
Why would I drive all the way to PC when I would have to turn around and load up then go back past PC? No offer was made to help beyond that.
All I could understand and overlook; easily! Things happen. I ended up having to rent a Uhaul.

What I cannot overlook is them proceeding to pull money out of my account and when I called the corporate hot line I was told “yes sir, I am refunding your money now!” Great! But... I have to wait 10 days to get it based off of your ineptitude and extremely poor customer service? I have rented through them before with no problems; this is the last time. Hate to see a local business fail so hard in customer service.
