Edgar, Denis, and Arcangel were absolutely AMAZING! They took extra special care with ALL they did. From simply moving our items with care to all of the extra work they came into. Packing was SO overwhelming for me
- to the point I couldn't finish. They picked up where I left off and did so with GREAT care - just above and beyond! They were professional yet personable. They were a pleasure to spend time with during such a stressful life event. They eased all of my worries and concerns with compassion and respect. They were accommodating in every way. They had a lot of experience and were prepared for anything. They truly take great pride in their work in every way. They are worth giving an above and beyond tip. I wish I could say the same about the company itself, but:

BIG HOWEVER: To no fault of the laborers listed above, I have some serious concerns with the salesperson and the way all he promised when I hired this allegedly professional company was mishandled. I am in the process of pursuing serious action against both this person and the manager that handled the gross mishap on what was allegedly miscommunicated during the quote process. I was lied to about how I would be billed and the manager that the laborers contacted prior to unloading my entire LIFE of belongings. This person accused ME of trying to pull something and not pay for the extra hours that became necessary to move my items. I am reaching out to higher ups in the company and the BBB to file a complaint as he threatened to take the truck filled with my belongings after not only doubling the quoted amount and justifying it as being their travel charges to the original destination and from their for them to return from the job) Charley lied to me and said that I should hire them on the spot when we did our quote, telling me that it wouldn't matter how may items I had(additional boxes/etc) because they do not charge by the box or item, but $210 per additional hour that exceeded the original quote. As I mentioned above, the workers did a fantastic job and I had every intention of paying them PLUS a generous tip. However, I was accused of not having that intention and expecting them to do additional work for free, BUT nothing could be further from that case. I had allocated the money I was quoted, plus several hours if the time went over AND a generous tip. However upon reaching the destination of my move, the lovely gentlemen who did the labor for my move told me that his boss was demanding we settle the account with the estimated hours it would take to finish unloading. At that time, his tablet reflected that my move went from $1467 to over $3000! And while they told me about the fact if I wanted them to move the tvs there would be a crating fee(I opted to move them in my own vehicle to optimize the generous tip I wanted to provide them for their hard work), they did not tell me that the other materials would run me almost an additional $500, even though Charley told me that was a part of my move and anything additional would be disclosed as we went about my move. The BIGGEST issue I have with this situation on top of that is the fact they would not remove the 500 and something dollar travel fee that I was promised not to be charged and that I would only be on the clock for these gentleman's travel time from my previous to new address. The bottom line here is that I was outright LIED to by the sales agent and abused/threatened by the laborers manager who threatened to take my things which included mine and my children's medications until I could magic up an addtional 1000 plus dollars! Never trust Coffey Brothers! They told me what they had to (ALL LIES!) to get my deposit for services and then once they had my valuables did the bait and switch. And because I am disabled and my children could be hospitalized due to missing medications I was FORCED to have to scramble making calls at 11pm at night begging for an additional $500 for them to unload the truck and coerced into giving them my credit card to pay an addtional 600 the day i get SSD!

They are misleading to cost, not forthcoming on information, after using our package supply we had, they changed us for using it. We moved 1000 feet from condo to Apt, and they wrapped everything as if we had moved 5000 miles, and chg up for more labor, we filed a complaint and after 8 to 9 weeks of continuing calls they refuse chg. Back fees from using our packaging, and over chg for time and labor when it wasn't needed
