They are misleading to cost, not forthcoming on information, after using our package supply we had, they changed us for using it. We moved 1000 feet from condo to Apt, and they wrapped everything as if we had moved 5000 miles, and chg up for more labor, we filed a complaint and after 8 to 9 weeks of continuing calls they refuse chg. Back fees from using our packaging, and over chg for time and labor when it wasn't needed

2/27/25: I had another great experience with Coffey Bros! Their customer service is great. Getting an estimate and scheduling the move was easy. Eduardo and Freddy did an excellent job moving items for my business. I had numerous glass panels they packaged and delivered all in one piece. Although I had more items than I took inventory for, they were time efficient and charged me accurately. Thanks for being the most reliable movers in Chicago!

11/30/24: I’ve used Coffey Bros many times, for home and business, and they continue to deliver the best moving service! The entire process from the estimate with Ernest, to moving day with George, Freddie, Jose, and Maricio, was excellent! The estimate was accurate, and they’re very efficient at moving my heavy and awkward equipment. I highly recommend Coffey Bros Moving!

A special shout-out to the team for helping me move the furniture into garage due to the floor remodeling project. They showed up on time with all the tools, equipment and skills. Protected all the furniture and disassembled grand baby piano with care. They came under the estimate, the price was definitely worth it?
