Team was on time. Took care of my prized possessions . Even in the rain ! Each of these gents are leaders. They should each have thier own team. So they can spread good natured business acumen. Stellar team. Joseph, Cedrick,Shaker and Francis !!! Very solid service ! The best in the business !

I would like to thank Coleman WorldWide Moving company. I thought it was a little expensive but it was worth every dollar spent. Thomas, Joe and Tobias were the best crew to assist me in my experience. They were very respectful young men, who had made sure I was satisfied in their endeavors, to move my belongings. If something fell they immediately apologized. My next move will be coming up soon and I am requesting your company to send these three young men back to assist me. I would love to give 4/5 stars HOWEVER I had an item that was given to me for protection come up missing (a utility knife). i saw it clipped on yo who i believe to be Joseph. It was on my side table in my bedroom among other small personal items remaining that was going to pack. I was preoccupied with Shakier (sp?) the taller brown skinned young man. While comoleted the electronic documents Joseph took the liberty to excuse himself to my bathroom. Not to mention before they even began this same young man asked for gratuity. And in very poor taste.

I am certain this is not something Allied Vans it Coleman wants connected to this but i want this addressed. The knife is inexpensive however that is not the point; it was gifted to me by someone who is no longer around.

I am now concerned about what else he may have collected whether intentionally or accidentally but i want the knife returned. I do have him on video with the knife of which he did not come here with. I want to believe he used it during the breaking down of my bed and securing my TV and he inadvertently took it. Although he had NO BUSINESS sorting through my belongs as nothing on that table was being packed by the movers, I gave clear guidance of what was to be moved in my bedroom.

I am hesitant to post this as i am just starting my move and my items were just picked up. I want to receive everything transported as it left here. Undamaged and in perfect working condition with anything missing.
I sent an email regarding this and look forward to it being resolved.
