We are more than happy with Coleman American moving services. Stanley, Damian and Emmanuel went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything and really went an extra mile to get us packed and loaded. Our best experience moving on our 7th PCS. I only wish they were the same team unloading at our destination. Top tier service!

On December 5th, they came to drop off my unaccompanied baggages which were supposed to be 5 boxes. Mind you I live in the dorms. They asked me if I need help unpacking, I said yes. They came up with a whole pallet, dropped it big box in the middle of the room while the one in charged is rushing me to sign the paper.
I was left disappointed but I brushed it off. Then I spent 10 mns trying to open that big box to get to my actual boxes… when I opened it, only one box was mine. They had mixed up my thing with someone else’s stuff. Unmarked boxes! So I called them back and told them, they had already left so they turn back around came and I told them. I’m missing 4 boxes. They are Lowe’s shipping boxes. How can you get that mixed up??? The same guy wrote that on the paper and said he will let them know and they will try to figure out where my boxes are.
It’s been 2 weeks. I’ve been waiting for over a month. Now I have nothing, no clothes , my uniforms are in there. I have family things in those boxes. They never called. I had to make a couple calls around, had my supervisor involved. all because of their incompetence. Im taking it to my chain of command and I’m considering taking legal action at this point.

What’s funny is that the box I received was full of shoes only. All my other boxes which look exactly the same and one brown box with my name on it that have my whole household good and expensive things in just happened to be separated and lost.
