35 minutes and they were done start to finish!! Moved my dresser to daughter’s home & brought her dresser back to my house! Soo Professional & courteous!! Thank you!

This company was awesome! From the owner to Jeff to the 3 movers , Chris, Jarrett and Eric all were kind, efficient and we totally enjoyed our experience!

First, they showed up late. Moving went smoothly at first, until the guys told us they were going to get gas and a quick lunch and would be gone @ 30 minutes. They were gone over an hour while we waited on them. They finally came back, and loaded a few more items and said they were going to take a load over to the new house, which was only a few blocks away. I noticed that they had not wrapped my refrigerator doors, and later I regretted not saying anything. My refrigerator doors had several dents and some scratches on them after the move. Also, I was told it was safe to leave items in drawers of dressers and tool chests. They set them on ends in the truck and all the contents spilled together. Quite a mess to sort back out.

As they wanted to take a load to the new house, I told them they needed to load my freezer and safe as they needed to go the the front of the new garage. One guy stood on the back bumper of the truck (door was open) and smoked while they moved the truck to the shop where the freezer and safe were located.

They then took the first load to the new house. I was busy telling everyone where to place the furniture and boxes, then noticed they had left. While it didn't occur to me to go back to the other house, after 45 minutes, they finally called and said they were locked out (they were not). So, another 45 minutes wasted.
My daughter called Mr. Cole to complain, and he was not in the least bit nice. Said he had no problem with them taking breaks and lunch... She told him that at $185/hour, her mother certainly had a problem with it and he should take that hour off of our charges. She also said she had two friends getting ready to move and had planned to refer them to his moving company, but now would not give them a good review. He told her that it didn't matter to him in the least, he has plenty of business and didn't need our referral.

While unloading the second truckload, the guys' demeanor had definitely changed. No longer friendly. When I asked for an invoice, I was told I would probably get one by email on Monday. This was Friday. I asked to see details for the charges, he finally came up with one on his phone. Said his boss had deducted an hour for some reason, but he had no idea why.

Anyway, a move that we expected to take @ 5 hours, cost us for 10 hours. Cole's charges you from the time they leave their office until they return, mileage charges, and for the wrap they put around the furniture.

Definitely will not use their services again, and do not recommend that anyone else does either.

Cole's Moving Service moved my elderly parents about three hours from Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Excellent service and fair rates. I recommend Cole's.
