College Bound Movers

I shopped three companies before deciding on CBM. The winning combination was their speedy customer service, competitive pricing, low damage rates and availability. Kate quoted us accurately and answered all of our questions in a very efficient manner.

We hired CBM in the nasty heat of July and you would never have known that the three movers were hot or tired. The guys were prompt, motivated and literally sprinted up and down the hallways to move our things as quickly as possible. We moved from an 8th floor high rise to a house and they damaged nothing in the mix. Since this was a day long move, we asked them if they wanted water or lunch and they simply said, 'no thanks, we bring our own drinks and food on the truck.' These guys worked their tails off all day and didn't stop until the job was done.

This is only our second experience with movers and I would hire CBM again without shopping around.

CBM was able to fit me in on short notice (Thanks Kathryn). The team that came out was fun to work with and were very careful moving and packing our home. I think we picked the hottest day of the year to move, but the team kept the move going full force regardless of the heat. We moved to temporary housing as we build our house and will definitely use CBM again in another 8 months.

long story short, had scheduled a mover, that shall remain nameless, they arrived and cancelled on me, as they thought i had a health hazard in house. called college bound and i promised i would clean the health hazard. they arrived 3 days later as scheduled. i had 2 men and 1 truck. the first company had 4 men and 2 trucks. the 2 men from college bound got more done in an hour than the 4 men did and their rate was much lower. they were professional, yet seemed like they enjoyed what they did. we had a good time (if that is possible while moving). they were the type men that mom used to say you wouldn't be embarrased to take home for Sunday dinner! and they fit furniture in spaces i thought they wouldn't fit. i would definitely use them again and i hope you do!
