When choosing any company to come into your home trust is the most important factor Unfortunately, I do not trust College Bound Movers. One of their youthful drivers was operating an air-brake equipped 26,000 pound GVW truck on I 93 in Massachusetts when he struck and totaled my teenaged daughter’s car. Thankfully no one was injured.While I am concerned that this company would hire young and inexperienced drivers to operate such large trucks, I understand that accidents do happen. I called College Bound Movers and spoke with their operations manager Jack. I asked Jack for their insurance carrier’s information so that I could make a claim. Jack informed me that he did not know who their insurance company was and that only their CFO, Scott Kelly would have that information. I was transferred to Scott’s voicemail where I have since left several messages. Here we are days later, I have not received a callback and I still do not have their insurance carrier’s information. I could not imagine trusting this company with my property. I am sorry to say College Bound Movers has no integrity.
