College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving

Unprofessional scheduling, unprofessional communication, and then they want to call you to argue with you about why you left a bad review. GTFOH!

I can’t say enough great things about College Hunks. The guys showed up in uniform, very professional and courteous. They paid attention to every detail of my move even down to ensuring all small parts such as clamps to furniture were all accounted for. They were professional and no nonsense gentleman who take pride in the service they provide. I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for movers or even junk removal. Great job and salute to these H.u.n.k.s.

Very unprofessional. First no show no call for appointment. Waited all day. Then they changed my appointment to 2 years later online to make it seem like I'm to blame. See example

Nice try though. Justin the rep I talked to was rude and unprofessional. Do yourselves a favor take a $100.00 and set it fire if you even think about calling this outfit. update: 15 days later, no refund no call back. Still waiting and they're still trash.

I booked a moving service and had to cancel due to moving issues. I cancelled 5 business days before the move. It has been over a month and I still have not received my deposit refund. I have called college hunks who say only the local office can handle refunds. I spoke with Edward Scott who originally was helpful trying to get this resolved for me and then started ignoring me. I have called the corporate number over 15 times and was finally given the number for the person in charge of this location, Justin, who has called me once but is not assisting me further. He is reading my texts and not responding. I am now attempting to contact someone above him to get this resolved. DO NOT BOOK THEIR SERVICES.

Austin, Andrew and Jackson were top notch movers. On time, courteous, fast and professional. Justin organized a great crew for a last minute move.
