College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving

Justin and another gentleman came out to our home and provided us with an estimate today. They were very informative and the pricing was certainly fair (especially in comparison to some other companies). Justin was very friendly and personable. We are looking forward to the company helping us with our move!

College Hunks did a great job, quickly unloading our packed 20’ UHaul. Francois, Donovyn A, and Joshua A all communicated clearly and respectfully. They worked fast, and were careful with all our stuff. We will use them again.

We had College Hunks come out to help unpack and set up our CEO's home. We were told the guys would be able to use common sense and put items up in sensible places. For instance, towels, blankets and extra sheets go in linen closets and they should be neatly folded. While they were able to have the kitchen set up decently, there were still items just pushed to the side in the living and dining rooms, they did not properly fold the towels or clothes and shoved them into drawers. Bathroom cleaning supplies were placed in cabinets with the pots and pans. First aid supplies were put in the hallway linen closet along with bundles of towels that weren't even attempted at being folded. The master bathroom counter was left a mess with random products everywhere. Yet the guys wanted to keep saying they were done and asked for $1,700 for 6-7 hours of work when they barely did 3 hours' worth. The guys also kept saying they were confused with what they were supposed to do when it was made very clear that the last moving service did not label boxes so we had NO IDEA what was in each box; it was asked of them to just open up boxes, see what was inside, and use common sense to put those items where they should go. After speaking with AJ, the owner, we begrudgingly agreed to pay $700 for 4 hours of work. We will not recommend College Hunks to anyone after the abysmal service we received.

Damaged walls and floors. Filled out claim form and was told we would hear from claims dept in 24 hours. Have heard nothing and local office is extremely difficult to reach.
