Damaged my furniture, walls, doors and flooring. One of them was more concerned with my dogs than moving furniture when I’m paying for the time it takes to move.

Do better. Our most expensive household item was dropped straight off the truck. Our refrigerator. If you were to buy this refrigerator right now from best buy (where we got it) it’s $2,800. I asked them what was going to be done about this and they all just looked at me and didn’t say a word. I asked if anyone was going to answer me. They looked at each other and started to laugh. This isn’t funny. This is expensive. This is DISRESPECTFUL. What a shame. We will get $0.60 per lb back for our refrigerator. Pathetic and disgusting company.
