College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving

They were not only on time, but worked quickly and efficiently. Best of all, they were two very nice young men and their smiling presence was a boost to our day.

So unprofessional......I don’t recommend!!!!!

No one should get a cancellation email from their moving company when you’re 3 days away from moving.

“ I am reaching out about your move scheduled for this weekend. Unfortunately, we do not have enough staff to work your move and are having to close this weekend. I can help you reschedule to a different date, if not, we can refund your deposit.”

I already rescheduled this move date once because they didn’t have enough people and now they cancel that date and want me to change again. They should not waste people’s time. Now every other company in the area is booked through the end of the month. I miss the professional staff at the Kennesaw location. That were on point with communication and logistics. At least you could talk to someone. I can’t even get a call back when requested.

I called this group on Friday afternoon and they had 3 movers at my house on sunday. Great service.

Let me start by saying that Marshall, Brenden and Sara did a phenomenal job! They were professional, humble and genuinely good people. The MAIN issue I had was that for whatever reason, they didn't arrive until 2 Hours after my scheduled start time of 8AM. They didn't arrive and get started until 10AM. That threw my day off quite a bit. However, I still tipped them all after the job was done. It's just that I am a punctual person. And, for a professional service, arriving 2 Hours late is VERY unprofessional. Thanks.
