This company is a ripoff. They overcharge you. Take lunch breaks on your dime. I was charged for items they didn't use like mattress bags and a tv box. We i called to complain they lady could've cared less. Do not use them

I agree with all the comments. I used them in 2019 and they tore my furniture up and only offered me 60 bucks. I sued them and they quickly changed their mind on that 60 dollar offer. I would NEVER use or recommend them.

I had service on July 2 the company sent me the worst drivers ever they were unprofessional so slow they didn’t he even have any plastic wraps to wrap my furniture to protect it from damages through moving
the service was supposed to take them no longer that than hour and a half because the distance was not even two minutes driving it took them 2 1/2 hours they caused lotta damages into my furniture and into the walls for my new place I filed a claim
Since there a service I called many times I talk to Lara people from the customer service and they promised me that somebody’s going to get back with me since July 2nd until this minute which is we are on July 15th NO one called me neither from the franchise or the management
I sent three emails to the claim department showing them the damages that their driver caused to my furniture and to my place
So far I’ve been hearing only promises from the customer service that somebody’s gonna get back with me
This time I experience the worst experience ever from this moving company even though I dealt with them before but this time it’s the worst ever that I ever got any service in my life

We booked to help with a move, and they did a fantastic job. Marcell and Riley were professional, friendly, and really quick taking care of some pretty heavy furniture. Would definitely recommend, and will use again in the future when needed.
