I wish I didn’t have to leave this review, as I have never left a negative review on google before for a business, but unfortunately I am compelled to in this case. I made an appointment on this business’ website for junk removal, nothing too complicated, just a few pieces of furniture to complete an apartment move out. I was impressed with how easy their site was and the availability of times that worked for me. I was then asked to confirm my date and time and did so.

Flash forward to the appointment day, about 2 hours before the movers were due, I got a text message (not even a phone call) from them indicating that the time I chose was inappropriate (4-6pm) and that they did not have drivers out that late (even though it was an option on their site) and asked to reschedule for later that week in the AM. I told them this was not possible and if they could come earlier I would be there. No response. Called the number that texted me. No response. Called the main line and asked the “call center” speak to the local branch. They said “we don’t transfer calls but we’ll have them call you” (ridiculous). No one ever did.

Picked up my phone, searched google, found a local business that answered the phone immediately and was at my door in 30 minutes. Can’t beat that. I won’t be calling on college hunks again to help sadly as they sincerely let me down in a rude and disrespectful way.

I had a great experience with these movers. I had to reschedule my move and the regional company was very accommodating. Then on the move day, Joe and Jeremy were fabulous. They were kind, professional, and attentive. These two made the move a positive experience!

If I could give a 4.5 I would, they weren't perfect but they were great. There was a little bit of a miscommunication in the beginning about the services needed for the visit. I was just as much at fault with that as the coordinator was to be honest, but we got it figured out and he was very polite and professional handling that situation. The movers themselves were very friendly, polite and professional. The pricing was pretty fair I thought, you pretty much pay by the hour and they were a little slow at times, but in their defense it was one of the coldest days of the year. I can't be mad at them trying to catch a few minutes inside the heat and getting out of the cold for a bit. When it's all said and done though I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone, and would use them in future moves without hesitation.

Had a move today, had the pleasure of having Joe and Jeremy as my movers! They made my move so easy and stress free! Best guys ever!

They wrapped all my items, protected and secured all my furniture & boxes. Everything made it to my new place, clean and scratch free. Thank you guys so much for a stress free move!
