We had a great first experience with College Hunks for junk hauling. Clark and Mason were professional and efficient. The whole process was incredibly easy. After the initial phone call, they arrived on time the next day, and made quick work of our pile of old furniture. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again in the future!!

Worst experience in my life! Do not use this company under any circumstances. They failed and so did the business manager as the operational manager was no where to be found when I went to explain what happened . Business manager said the operational manager would be fired. Very poorly run franchise. They showed up to do a job that was a two man job with a man who was in excruciating toothache pain. Had to leave the job as there was no back up and it was not a one man job.

DO NOT USE THIS POORLY MANAGED FRANCHISE. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO.

I was bailed out by Two Men and a Truck. They did an ok job.

DO NOT MOVE WITH COLLEGE HUNKS ANN ARBOR. I was scheduled to move yesterday — NOBODY showed up, and NOBODY reached out. I called their regional office along with the local office and spoke to a number of representatives that all said the same thing with no suggested solution. I was waiting for them for 10 hours, continuously reaching out. I had a move out inspection the next day (today), it’s the last day of my lease, and now i’m left finding a new mover day-of because THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. They wouldn’t even reschedule me for the next day! My appointment and my time and my MONEY ($160 deposit) was disregarded. I am baffled.
