College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Ann Arbor

They were amazing . My father is 97 and wanted to move back to his hometown. His apartment wasn't ready when we showed up. The movers waited with problem. They even helped by setting up his desk and computer. I would use them again.

I was able to work with Delora, John, and Bradley for my move a couple hours outside of SE MI. I chose the move service where you box it up yourself, then they come and haul boxes and large furniture into the truck, then move it into your new place. I got a call the day prior to confirm, and then a call when they were on their way to my place. They arrived right on time and they were SO DARN EFFICIENT for 3 people! My apartment was stacked to the ceiling with boxes and within 30 minutes or so … it was empty! They were very careful with wrapping furniture with blankets, took apart a bed frame and then put it back together on arrival, and paid attention to fragile boxes. They saved me so much time from “doing it myself” with just a rental truck and friends/family. And fit more in the truck more safely than I could’ve. Nothing was damaged upon arrival (fragile items, furniture, etc) and no damage to walls/doors etc upon move out and move in. They were sweet, polite, and courteous as well to work with. Just overall good humans and super great at their jobs. 10/10 recommend this crew for your next moving needs.

Also when I was looking for these moving services, I received the best quote from this company. It was significantly lower than I anticipated but the quality was exceptional.

Ann Arbor, worst ever! They never showed up, never called. We called twice talked to customer service, who were useless. They refused to give us supervisor names. Do not ever use these people!

I had an appointment to move between 10-11am. It took 5 hours (4pm) for the movers to come after calling +10 times and visited the shop twice where no one was in the shop. The movers were pressuring me to give them a tip throughout the move which I gave in. The movers broke a leg off a dresser and a table of mine. They droped many of my electronics of mine down the stairs like the electronics were a slinky. At first they said I didn't pay after the move even though I have sent them my email receipt and bank statement. It took them 2 weeks and 5 days to get the bill situated. The boss Kristine and the operations manager Lora has been rude with me and hard to get a hold of the whole time. A month after the move, Kristine sent me 2 emails to remove my review. Maybe they should have done their jobs instead of the crazy stuff they put me through. Kristine don't ever email me again. This is not what I would call stress free move as they advertise.

This business litters the streets and corners by placing yard signs in the right of way, which is against the Ann Arbor City Ordinance.
