The College Hunks crew did an incredible job on a beast of a treadmill. They were on time, courteous, efficient, and very hard working. I will certainly call them again.

The initial phone number we have to call to get any answers or an estimate scheduled is some customer support line that has nothing to do with the local company itself that services the Atlantic County area. The result is incredible frustration before I even know what the junk removal will cost because they HAVE to do an estimate assessment. Why is it that every other junk service, I can simply describe the items (queen mattress, king dress, queen tall dresser) and that is enough for them to give me a quote, but this company insists that they need a separate phone call (I.e: consume more of my time than necessary) to do the assessment? Not to mention, this phone number always leads to a representative that knows almost no English and has no clue about anything in their own industry. Everytime I said 'the items are in the duplex, I live on the top floor', then I went to explain the size of a queen box spring and where it was, I was asked 'what floor is it on?'. I said 'top floor', then was asked 'yeah which floor?'. Like.... If I have to explain to a moving/junk company that a duplex only has TWO floors and I have to explain the measurements of Queen X (X being the furniture type), I have to seriously question the actual service of getting my stuff junked. They also asked what size truck will I need? Like do you seriously think a customer asking for junk removal is going to know the answer to that? What's next, is the chef at the next restaurant I go to eat at going to come out and ask me which pan he should use to cook a NY Strip? Like come on. Absolutely no reason that a junk removal inquiry should turn into a 20 minute phone call. Ever.
