College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Bel Air

We hired college hunks to unload our truck and they were absolutely incredible!! We hired college hunks in Florida to load our truck and had an absolutely horrible experience so when we got to Maryland and college hunks came I was very nervous. After meeting Brooks, Darius, and Jerrod my mind was put at ease. They were so considered and helpful and efficient. They even helped us salt and shovel our driveway and steps since we had just moved in and was not prepared for a snow storm. They worked so incredibly hard. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. We had a treadmill that was too big to get in the house but they worked so hard to get it in the house, I was amazed at their hard work and determination. They tried every possible thing to get it in the house even after being told to just leave it outside and when we finally realized we couldn’t get it in they put it back on the truck for us so it wasn’t sitting outside in the snow. They went above and beyond and I would hire them again in a second! If you need movers ask for Brooks, Darius, and Jerrod!

These guys were FANTASTIC!! On time, courteous, professional and FAST! Would highly recommend using this business for your moving needs?

I hired the Edgewood branch for an out-of-state move. The consolation and first part of my move was wonderful. The manager seemed knowledgeable and assured me all my items (even the large ones – including plants) would be carefully moved to the new location. On the day of the move, the guys arrived on time and packed their truck timely. The problems began at the drop of location. My family member assisted at the new home; she reported the movers moved slowly and took frequent breaks. They mishandled my items, and spilled dirt from the plants in the hall (and did not want to clean the area). The movers refused to listen to her requests to not shove boxes in inconvenient places.

When I arrived on-site, most of the boxes were shoved in the kitchen and closet areas; I had to remove the boxes to a different location in order to unpack them. Also, several of my plants had missing branches.

There was also an issue with billing: the end total was well above the original quote. I added a tip for the workers prior to hearing about and seeing the disarray from the move.

When I called the manager to explain my concerns, I was told he believed his workers over the customer’s words. This was the worst customer experience I have received. I will never use this company again nor recommend their services.

College Hunks' service is nothing short of amazing! There are not enough stars to rate the great service they provided during a stressful move from our home state to be near our Maryland kids and grandbabies. It is impossible to find a harder working and more conscientious group of young men. From tackling a monstrous gun safe to wrestling a gigantic treadmill, these guys got the job done. Kept up the pace throughout the heat of the day. Wouldn't accept help from us, other than an occasional offering of water. Very highly recommended!
