College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Central Houston

My moving experience was okay until shortly after the two guys left when I noticed multiple items were damaged. I did not complain about the other furniture pieces, but when I noticed my leather couch had a good size tear in it, we called immediately. The local office requested photos which were sent in right after, and we haven’t had a resolution since. We have called multiple times to the customer service number and the local office. After 3-4 weeks, we were finally able to speak with a manager at the local office to follow up, who STILL did not have an answer or resolution. We were told twice “we would know by the end of the day.” Now, It’s been an additional 5 days since we have spoke to anyone despite our multiple follow up attempts. I would not use them, at least for Houston. Still no answers and they do not return calls or emails.
