College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Central Houston

I worked with Jhai Turner, Felix Aquirre and Herman Watson. They were prompt, professional, quick And easy to work with. They also did a final walk-through to make sure nothing was left in your home. This is probably one of my best moving experiences. I would definitely use them again.

Guys were nice and efficient. I was just a little surprised of how much it was. But overall it was good.

I would NOT recommend College Hunks for moving.

I originally scheduled a move for a 2-bedroom unit at 8:00 AM. The day before, they rescheduled my move to 1:30 PM due to being short-handed. At 1:30 PM, I had to call for an ETA, only to be told they were running behind but had an 'arrival window' until 3:30 PM. When 3:30 PM arrived, I called again, and they still couldn’t provide a time, simply saying they were 'behind schedule.' No one from CHH reached out to update me—I had to call every time. They didn’t show up until 5:30 PM!

They sent an extra person (so I had 4 movers instead of 3), which I appreciated. I specifically hired movers to handle large items, including my washer and dryer. However, when it came time to move my washer, they refused, claiming they couldn’t turn off the water. The next day, a family member helped me, and the water turned off without any issue—which makes me feel that CHH took advantage of the fact that I was exhausted and was a single women alone.

The most insulting part was the operations manager's response when it was time to pay. He simply said, 'We gave you $25 off.' After being rescheduled, delayed for hours, and denied service for a key item, a mere $25 discount felt like a joke.

I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend College Hunks for moving.
