Justin and Tony were great in moving the items we needed and hopefully the furniture will be given new life in a new home..professional, courtesy..definitely will have them back for future move

Justin and Tony were awesome. They communicated, showed up not only on time but early (after checking with me) because they had gotten done their prior job early, they were careful, quick and extremely polite. They expressed their willingness to help and were very genuinely polite and kind. I had them move some very big, heavy exercise equipment down a couple of flights of stairs and they put it where I asked. Everything went perfectly. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars, I would—solely due to the company's poor management. My experience was incredibly disappointing, as I was misled and ultimately taken advantage of. I was promised a resolution regarding an issue with my move, yet despite following up consistently for months, I never received any response.

I paid a large amount to have two items moved, yet only one was moved into my new apartment. The customer service representatives I spoke with were sympathetic but powerless, as they needed approval from their manager—who refused to speak with me directly. The two movers were nice, friendly but also powerless.I was assured a partial refund, yet it was never issued. The complete lack of accountability and professionalism from management is unacceptable.

It became clear to me that, as a young woman (24 years old), my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was disregarded by management. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to look elsewhere to avoid the frustration and financial loss I experienced!!!!!!
