Review:
Deceptive pricing practices. I scheduled a washer/dryer removal and had a call with someone from the company for a quote. He gave me a quote that was comparable to other companies I called and was able to pick up the next day. I confirmed the price 2x with him and confirmed that it would be placed in the notes for the day of removal. 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time, I got a call that then quoted a price was actually $100 more than originally stated. The person on the phone was less than apologetic and said he would do an internal review regarding the quote I received. We got up early and dug out our driveway for this, but ended up having to cancel. Stay away from this company.
