Updated - The positive of this post is crew themselves being extremely friendly, the house got moved, and growth and improvement are able to be provided... The final total had a variance of 36%+. There were boxes unlabeled, laundry basket with clothes left in the garage next to tools and gas, we've had to move multiple boxes from different floors, etc, bc of disorganization of ZERO labeling. This has been discussed and reviewed with operations on streamlined improvements with training. The franchise is open to improvements with respectful return and value for all parties.

We do have items that are missing pieces and either need to be replaced or continue to scavage through. The training, labeling and organizing can be buttoned up. This does not fall on the crew. It falls on the leadership and owners of this specific franchise.
