Amazing service! My go to everytime! They took great care when moving a huge couch out of a tiny hall and door way and no bumps or scratches! Always recommend!

Sheena, Jesse and Isaac were all just great Young adults. Personable, interested, wanted to do all the right things, trustworthy Young people. Hard-working and did a great job for us. And we had a lot of furniture to unload! Thanks again.

I had a independent mover flake on me the day of the move- no call, no show after scheduling weeks ago. I called CH and they said 'Today? No problem.' Their mover followed up with me within 10 minutes. They came a couple hours later, truck and all, and moved my heavy sectional. So thankful for their communication, vigor, and positive attitudes. Will refer anyone with any moving needs to them anytime. Thank you!! ?

I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and lack of accountability demonstrated by College Hunks. The team responsible for moving my belongings into my home caused significant damage, including damaging the walls going up the stairs and bending the baby gate bracket anchored at the top of the stairs.

While College Hunks initially took steps to address the drywall damage by engaging a handyman company to perform repairs, the situation escalated due to the company’s failure to pay the handyman for their completed work. Despite multiple attempts by the handyman company to secure payment, College Hunks ignored these requests for three months, leading the handyman company to file a $1,000 lien against my home. This action was entirely avoidable, as the handyman company explicitly warned College Hunks of this consequence if payment was not received.

This situation is not only unprofessional but entirely unacceptable. Adding to my frustration is the lack of a direct point of contact for addressing concerns. Instead of being connected to someone with the authority to resolve these issues, customers are routed through a generic operator, making it nearly impossible to escalate complaints to management effectively.

Excellent communication, right on time, efficient, and affordable. You guys are great!
