Brian and Jonathan helped us get a beast of a treadmill up a narrow set of stairs on a same day service call and did a great job. They scuffed a wall (nothing a magic eraser won’t fix) but let us know rather than hoping we didn’t notice. Very happy with the job they did and the honesty.
