Review:

After a terrible experience with another company who cancelled on me I was able to call college Hunks and have them haul away my junk the next day. They did a great job for a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Made a 4 location move today. Zach and Jerrell are the best at what they do.if you need to move this is the place to call.

Recently my partner booked College Hunks for our move, everything started out well and seemed to go incredibly smoothly throughout the move, I had everything packed already, our mattress already bagged, the furniture already wrapped, all they had to do was move it pretty much, we stayed at our apartment while they began packing the truck and informed them of what was to go and what they didn’t need to worry about, we left to go ahead to our new home to get everything ready for them to arrive and get our dogs settled, prior to leaving I informed them one more time the things we wanted moved and the things for them to not worry about, they called prior to leaving our apartment and asked a few final questions about if things needed to be packed into the truck and said they’d leave in about 15 minutes. They showed up at the house, unpacked quickly, placed things where we requested, prior to leaving one of the movers asked if we would be going back to our apartment when I informed him we would be later on he said he had accidentally left some pieces to our bed frame at the apartment but also held up some pieces of it to show me what he was talking about so I assumed he had only forgotten a few, okay no big deal I can just grab them. We went ahead and went back to our apartment after they left instead of later like I had originally planned and thank goodness we did, we arrived to find our sliding glass door standing wide open in 30 some degree weather, our apartment was 40 degrees inside. Some of the things they had asked us about when they called that we had told them to bring were still in the apartment, and not a single piece of our bed frame was still at our apartment but we are definitely missing lots of pieces. The few missed items and even the missing bed frame pieces I can get over that, but leaving our apartment door open especially in this weather is beyond me, there was no reason at all for them to even open the door there was nothing out there they needed to move. Upon further inspection of our things in our new home I believe they unloaded the broom that belongs on their truck into our house because I have a new broom I don’t recognize… will trade back broom for missing bed frame pieces.

They got the job done that I didn’t want to do so for that I am grateful, but some questionable mistakes were made along the way, maybe just an off day, maybe they took advantage of two laid back people not breathing down their necks while they worked and got careless, either way irreparable damage could’ve been done by leaving the door open thank goodness it wasn’t.
