College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Happy Valley

I would NEVER recommend this company. Time estimated for our move was incorrect, it ended up taking twice as long, therefore twice the price. The movers broke my credenza and waited until the very end of moving to bring that final broken item out. I feel that they were dishonest in hurrying me to sign the paperwork at the end “initial here, here and here” without any explanation of their liability. They are offering me $0.6 for each pound my credenza weighs. The weight of an item does not reflect its worth, ie a diamond is worth far more than its weight. Yet here we are with my broken furniture that is worth over $1000 (with proof of items worth) and they are offering me $63.00 to “replace or compensate” me. It’s an offensive offer. They should be embarrassed to offer compensation to someone knowing what their item is worth and acknowledging they broke it, yet offering chump change. You break it, you buy. I’d expect adequate compensation.

I scheduled an appointment for junk removal for my move out - the arrival window was 1pm to 3pm and nobody ever showed up or called me. I sat in my empty apartment waiting and nobody had the courtesy to call me, even after I called and left a message with their call center. I cannot believe a company operates this way.

They were super helpful when i wasn't able to move out the last of my stuff and I'm very grateful for the hard work!

Such an easy and AWESOME experience getting some extra junk out of our new place!!! Got a quote over the phone, pick up was super smooth, couldn’t be happier with the service. The guys were great. They had to reschedule my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, but they kept in contact and took an extra bit of junk for me at no cost to make up for the delay.
