College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Jasper

Oh my goodness my “HUNKS” were so much fun! They were awesome. Super friendly and efficient. In and out in 15 minutes with 3 appliances. Price was reasonable. Definitely would recommend and actually I already did. Thank y’all!

Love college hunks! I’ve used them at least 4 times, always fair on pricing and Jason and Tyron always take care of me. Good seeing the boys today for another removal!

The lead guy did his very best to make this move go smoothly.

However, he was working with two other individuals who were not competent movers.

One of them stayed on the phone the majority of the time they were there and Both lacked the knowledge of how to properly Move items and pack them in a truck.

They failed to do a final sweep of the house and discovered when the truck was full that we had two pieces of furniture still inside the house as well as a few boxes. They unpacked a portion of the truck in an attempt to get those pieces on, but we Were forced to leave a piece of furniture behind.

I rented the truck from Penske so I supplied brand new straps and moving pads and a dolly.

I handed the box of 10 unopened straps and the red dolly to one of the guys and ask them to make sure it got loaded on the back of the truck, However, when we arrived in Tennessee and I unloaded the truck, the box of 10 unopened straps and my red Dolly were not in the truck.

I know for a fact that those items were not left behind at the job because I left the job after the movers And those items were not there.

They stole $165 worth of brand new ratchet straps and a $150 dolly.

I have reached out to the moving company several times and no one will call me back regarding these damages and stolen items.

They loaded metal bed railings on top of an antique vanity top causing gouges.

They loaded a ceramic statue onto the trailer and sat it on the floor wedged between a piece of furniture, so it broke completely in half. They did not wrap it in a pad or strap it down. The kitchen table has large gouges in it because of what they sat on top of it and didn’t put a Pad on top of it.

I drove back in the moving truck so I know we were very careful while driving.

The items Were not secured properly.

By far the worst moving experience we have ever had.

The team was awesome. They completed the job faster than quoted and were great to work with.
