College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Jasper

Mr. Jason and his team were absolutely amazing! They were prompt and efficient completing the task and making it look easy. I absolutely would recommend to anyone and I will be using them again!

Left a bunch behind on an out of state move. Then charged me an additional $2000 to send another truck which still left items behind. Ruined two pieces of furniture. Thirty days later and they still haven’t responded and tried to blame us.keep telling us Omar will call. No calls and inside lady just keeps making excuses. Terrible customer service and never would suggest them.

I moved the last week of August. I called in June to get a quote and schedule at time for the move. At the time, they were quick to return calls or answer my concerns. A week before the move, they had sent some information about some additional services they offered. I called to add thr packing service, because I was already busy with work and this would help me out. They quoted me $1700 for supplies and time. When they showed up (1hr late), they didn’t have any of the packing materials. I had to run to Home Depot to purchase them while they started their work. Even though I had told the representative making the quote what needed to be moved, they filled the truck and didn’t end up moving 15-20% of the stuff. On top of this the move took 4+ hrs longer and ended up being more than double what I was quoted. They damaged my 65”TV and most the furniture in the move. There are heavy scratches on the metal desk, and the laminate is pulling off most the bedroom furniture. I am still missing screws to that mirror and other things to just make the move compete. When I called to file a claim, I keep getting told someone would get back to me. They never do. When I call back and they elevate it, they only address the damage to that TV, not the deceptive practices, grossly misquoted job, or the fact they didn’t even compete the move. 100% the worst, I am just at a loss since no one in the company seems to care. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

*** Edit*** It is now December and still no one from the Jasper office will return my calls or respond. the number provided below takes me to a call center who also can not get ahold of the Jasper office. I am literally at a loss at how a company can operate this way.

Just bought a place and previous owner left a LOT of stuff. They showed up, loaded a whole truck. They even walked around the yard removing items. They were in and out in under an hour. Very satisfied with friendliness and professionalism. I'd definitely use again.
