Booked an appointment last night for junk removal this morning, cleaning out after a death in the family.

Mo and Braxton (sp? Hope that's right) were timely, notified me when they were on the way, and got stuff loaded and out in a jiffy. Price was reasonable, and we will be using them again next month for the next stage of clean out.

Scheduled a junk removal today 10-2, kept getting phone calls saying the “previous clients” cannot finish on time because they kept adding things, I clearly said I cannot do the next day as I would be leaving town, so I would have to cancel the appointment. The guy named John asked if I can wait till later today. First got pushed back to 2:30 and then 6, still no phone calls or anything. I wasted the entire afternoon and got no response and I could not find other companies to help me.
