Dealing with Aaron was one of the easiest things I've ever done in my life! I went online and in a few easy steps set-up the appointment for that day. I got a confirmation immediately. He was on time, friendly and completed the job quickly. It truly is my pleasure to write this and I recommend this company to everyone who needs hauling.

A significant miscommunication or misunderstanding on the scope of work requested and agreed to, versus what College Hunks actually completed has left us realizing contracting with this outfit has a lot of room for improvement.

The request was to demo & haul a backyard shade structure. Half of the structure was demo'd and hauled, yet half remains.

We did not receive a physical or digital copy of the estimate or agreement, which we signed in advance of the work; pricing and payment is essentially 'TBD' and was difficult to establish in advance of the work starting; our final receipts didn't breakdown the labor vs. haul fees, they just list a single lump sum for 'hauling'; and the real surprise was only half of the requested work was completed due to the business claiming they misunderstood the request.

While the workers were very friendly, it's difficult to see how a request could be so misunderstood that literally half of a straightforward demo & haul project remains on the property after paying for what we expected to be the full scope. The process College Hunks of Perris uses to generate quotes, agreements and invoice receipts leaves a lot of room for unexpected results like ours.

Added a star for the rapid response to requesting an on-site estimate, and for the same-day availability to have the work started, even though it unexpectedly crossed into an additional day with only half of the needed work being completed. Overall, the experience with College Hunks was a shocking disappointment.

Great job from these two guys, very respectful and careful not to hit walls, etc.
